We are so happy to announce that Ana Treffinger and Luke Koeferl are going to be moving into the Crosby Schoolhouse full time, for at least the next several months. They are doing a bit of work around the place in lieu of rent, and they will be focusing on their art practice. They've both spent a lot of time up at the schoolhouse since the very beginning, so we're sure they're going to feel right at home and fit right in. Karen busy in the studio
Karen has been busy making some new items combining fabric she has hand-dyed with indigo with Dutch wax fabrics. Dutch wax prints, also known as African wax prints, are a type of batik common in West Africa. See a few photos below (and one of her dogs, not helping her work), and find some of the items in the store.

Kate just spent a solid two weeks up at the schoolhouse resting after her busy time working Jazz Fest. She also did a lot of work in the studio, including a lot of new tote bags! Available in our store HERE and at Plum in New Orleans (1914 Magazine Street).
